We’re loyal to JM because of the fantastic support they provide. There was a minor issue, and the “full” dealership responded, and resolved our concern. More importantly, we feel like family when we’re there.

Jeff deserves a raise, great service

Everyone was very friendly and helpful; however, I did not like not getting copies of the paperwork I signed at the dealership until it came in the mail. Also was not pleased with the pricing gimmick in that I was given a price for the truck I was buying and not told that options added would be additionally priced when final purchase price was calculated so the truck ended up costing me essentially $2000 more than I thought I was paying for it.

You have a true team of professionals running your service department. When you go in and are greeted by people that know your name, get hugs, and are taken care of thru the process of just getting an oil change why would you ever want to go anywhere else. Jeff has been taking care of my beautiful Chevrolet trucks for several years now. My 2014 the main computer went out at just 1250 miles, Jeff diagnosed the problem, got me back on the road as quick as possible. He took care of my 2017. Just recently I was stranded out of town, truck would not start, I texted Stephanie and she got a hold of Jeff. Jeff diagnosed it over the phone, told me what to do, got me back on the road and then got it fixed on Monday at the JM service department. Like I say, great team, family. My heros.
