    My sun roof has been leaking from the first day I bought the car brand new . Sold a defective car and now I have to pay out of pocket for something that I should not be a a penny due to ongoing issues. I was chargers 75 .00 to get the sun roof blew and and the water stains cleaned up . Still have water stains and now grease finger prints all over the overhead interior. So no I will not be taking it back to get the grease stains out and water stains out . It was a waste of time and money and missed a days work because I didn’t have a vechicle to get to work because y’all didn’t have a loaner car . I should have bever been out a penny on a car that leaked from day one . I will never buy another car from your company. I no there is a recall on this car now and no one has mentioned fixing it while they had my car . Jeff Barnes is a great man but I don’t feel that this has been addressed properly and again I shouldn’t be out money on a car that already had problems and still does . I’m sure I will be charged for the recall to get fixed. People need to know a price before they drop there car off . I like I said I shouldn’t have to pay for an on going problem.

    I did not feel that the customer service I received met my expectations. I believe the service associate, Mr. Soto, significantly inflated the estimate for my repair. The only issue with my vehicle was a temperature sensor that needed to be replaced, yet I was quoted over $1,200 and told the repair would take 4–5 hours. Afterward, I had the opportunity to speak directly with the technician, who indicated the repair would not take nearly that long. This discrepancy raised concerns for me and ultimately led me to take my business to another dealership, even after paying the diagnostic fee. Upon consulting with my local dealership, I was advised that the original quote appeared excessive and not reflective of standard practices. They encouraged me to follow up with your dealership regarding this matter. I did reach out and left a message for the service manager requesting a return call, but have not yet received a response. Overall, this experience has caused me to question the transparency and business practices I encountered. I would appreciate the opportunity to have this situation reviewed and addressed.
